Palm is a long-cycle crop, and it is the longest cycle we run. Development is planned in blocks, executed to a defined schedule, and managed against a yield curve we can actually measure rather than a projection.
Because we process and evacuate our own fruit, the plantation is not a standalone bet — it feeds a supply chain we control end to end.
Everything below is handled by our own team. You deal with one relationship, not a chain of intermediaries.

We start in the field. Soil, drainage, access and existing cover are surveyed before any commitment is made.

Planting is sequenced so that labour, nursery capacity and cash flow stay balanced across the development.

The block moves onto a standing agronomic calendar with monthly reporting against the agreed yield curve.
Palm is the longest cycle we run. A block planted this season comes into commercial harvest in year three to four and reaches full bearing around year seven. Development is planned around that curve rather than against it, which is why block sequencing matters more here than anywhere else in the business.
Both. We develop new land and we take over mature blocks that have fallen off their yield curve. The first step is the same either way: soil, drainage and access are assessed before a hectare is committed.
We currently manage development and upkeep across more than 5,000 hectares. New blocks are scoped against land availability, nursery capacity and the labour we can actually sustain — not against a headline figure.
Our own processing lines take the majority of it, which is what keeps the plantation from depending on a single mill's intake window. Ripe bunches are harvested on a fixed rotation and evacuated to the mill the same day.
