The terms that apply when you use this website, order from the ranch or visit the farm.
Welcome to Spring Valley Ranch Ltd. By accessing our website, purchasing our products, or visiting our farm, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1.1 Spring Valley Ranch Ltd operates a crops and livestock farm, including the sale of fresh produce, grains, eggs, meat, live animals, and related farm products.
1.2 These terms apply to all website visitors, customers, and farm visitors.
2.1 Crops & Produce: All crops are seasonal and subject to availability. We practice sustainable farming — size, weight, and appearance may vary naturally.
2.2 Livestock & Meat Products: All livestock products are sold in compliance with USDA and state regulations. All weights are approximate.
2.3 Pricing: Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Prices at time of order confirmation are final.
2.4 Live Animal Sales: Live animal sales are final once the animal leaves our farm premises. Health records will be provided.
3.1 Payment is required at the time of order unless otherwise agreed for wholesale accounts.
3.2 We accept Cash, Bank Transfer, M-Pesa, Card, and PayPal/Stripe.
3.3 CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) Shares: By purchasing a CSA share, you agree to share the risks and rewards of farming. Crop failure due to weather, pests, or other natural events does not entitle a refund, but we will substitute with other available produce where possible.
3.4 We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock limits or pricing errors.
4.1 We offer farm pickup, local delivery, and third-party shipping where available.
4.2 Delivery dates for perishable goods are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by courier or weather.
4.3 Customers must ensure perishable goods are collected/stored promptly. We are not responsible for spoilage after pickup/delivery.
5.1 All farm visits are by appointment only.
5.2 Visitors must follow all biosecurity and safety instructions. This is a working farm with machinery, livestock, and uneven terrain — you enter at your own risk.
5.3 Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
5.4 We are not liable for injury, loss, or damage during farm visits, except where caused by our gross negligence.
6.1 Perishable Goods (crops, meat, eggs, milk): Due to the nature of perishable farm products, all sales are final unless the product is proven defective or contaminated at point of sale. Complaints must be made within 24 hours of receipt with photos.
6.2 Non-Perishable Goods: May be returned within 7 days if unused.
6.3 Live Animals: No returns or refunds after transfer of ownership, except as required by law regarding animal health misrepresentation.
All content on our website, including logo, photos, videos, and text about Spring Valley Ranch Ltd, is our property and may not be copied without permission.
8.1 Our farm products are produced in good faith following best agricultural practices. While we take all reasonable care, we cannot guarantee 100% allergen-free or contamination-free produce from a farm environment.
8.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
Your use of our site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
