Dr. Fidelis Elikwu is a highly accomplished professional with expertise in strategic management, business analysis, program management, and research and development. His academic background combines mechanical engineering, information technology, and business management, spanning both the US public and private sectors. As a chartered mechanical engineer and program management professional, Dr. Elikwu excels in business reengineering, critical infrastructure security, and operations. His academic qualifications include a Doctorate degree in Business Administration (PhD/DBA), a Master of Science (MS) in Information Technology, a Master in Business Administration (MBA), and a Bachelor's in Engineering (B.Engr. Hons.). Dr. Elikwu’s interest include the interconnectedness of leadership, governance, management, maintenance, and sustainability. He is also committed to community development, leading three associations and social groups in the United States of America.

Barr. Augustine Elikwu is an erudite legal practitioner with over 20 years at the Nigerian Bar and serves as the lead partner at Augustine Elikwu & Co., an active law firm based in Asaba, Nigeria. A gifted legal mind with strong litigation and drafting skills, he has built a winning track record in Nigerian courts up to the Supreme Court, while remaining a pivotal figure in alternative dispute resolution. He has held briefs and retainers with prominent corporate organizations such as GP Nigeria and Proteena Ltd., bringing a wealth of experience and legal guidance to Spring Valley Ranch.

Ike Nwanze, is an Accounting Graduate. He holds an MSc in Business Management and an MBA from the Lagos State University. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM)
Ike Nwanze has a rich and extensive industry exposure that began with Adebaya Ayoade & Co (a Firm of Chartered Accountants, Lagos). He was the Finance and IT Manager at CIPM Nigeria, where he led the transformation of the Finance and IT Division of the Organization. He has over 15 years’ experience in the Nigerian Banking Sector with strong foot prints at Bank PHB and KBL Ltd. He had functional experience in Domestic Operations, Branch Operations, International Banking Operations and Relationship Management.
He served as Consultant at Gold Resourcing; majoring in Tax, Business Advisory Services and Transaction Audit.
He currently serves as Director - Finance and HCM at Spring Value Ranch Ltd; a Nigerian based high value Agro Business.
Ike Nwanze also provides leadership at Christ Covenant Center, a Nigerian Faith Based Organization. Ike Nwanze is a transformational leader and communicator.

Dr. Patience Agbonavbare is a US Board-certified Physician (MD) with a broad spectrum of expertise in healthcare administration and management, strategic management, financial management, process flow, and new business start-ups. Her background spans both public and private sectors, bringing a rigorous strategic and operational framework to business development and corporate growth.

Mr. Ben Odigwe Chizea is a visionary logistics leader who combines precision, teamwork, and strategic thinking to deliver exceptional results. With a talent for simplifying complex operations, he drives progress and inspires teams toward excellence through a collaborative approach and passion for innovation.

Engr. Sobechukwu Micah Ifemeje is a multidisciplinary agricultural and water resources engineer, agribusiness strategist, and international development consultant. He provides strategic leadership for Spring Valley Ranch’s integrated agricultural operations, including oil palm plantation development, crop production, aquaculture, livestock, agro-processing, agricultural infrastructure, value addition, and sustainable resource management. He has extensive experience working with UN agencies, international organizations, and academic networks on climate resilience and sustainable agricultural systems.
