By placing an order with us — at checkout, by offtake arrangement or in bulk — you agree to the following:
- Orders & Payment: All orders are subject to availability and seasonal supply. Payment is required at checkout.
- Perishable Goods: All crops, meat, eggs & dairy are perishable and sold as-is. All sales are final. If there is an issue, contact us within 24 hours with photos.
- Pickup & Delivery: You are responsible for prompt pickup/storage of perishable items. We are not liable for spoilage after pickup/delivery or for courier delays.
- CSA Shares: CSA members share in the natural risks of farming. If a crop fails due to weather/pests, we will substitute with other seasonal produce when possible. No refunds for natural crop failure.
- Live Animals: Live animal sales are final once the animal leaves our farm. Health records are provided at transfer.
- Pricing: Prices may change without notice. The price at checkout is final.
- Farm Safety: Farm visits are by appointment only and at your own risk. This is a working farm.
